Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services

This Program is designed for Latino Gay & Bisexual Men and Latina Transgender Women.

CRCS works to guide Latino Gay & Bisexual Men and Latina Transgender Women – in the Hollywood and South Los Angeles areas – toward changing or reducing their high risk sexual behaviors along with other behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse. This is a one on one, individual level intervention where participants will receive referrals to various other services which can include mental health, immigration/ legal services, HIV/STD testing, primary medical care, and others. The components of the CRCS prevention program include five individual one hour sessions that a participant must consent to on a bi-weekly basis. Upon completion of the five sessions there will be three monthly follow up sessions that are required:  the first would be 30 days after the 5 sessions, the second 60 days after the 5 sessions, and the third at 90 days after the 5 sessions.
